The group company has established a R&D center and a testing center, which provide solid foundational support for product innovation, quality improvement, and technological advancement. The locomotive company is equipped with the four core manufacturing processes that meet automobile production standards, as well as a full range of production equipment covering the entire manufacturing process, including CNC laser cutting machines for plates and pipes, 1,000-ton presses, laser welding machines, robotic combined welding systems, cathodic electrophoresis equipment, dust-free painting booths, electrostatic powder coating lines, and complete vehicle assembly lines. The gear company owns nearly 1,000 sets of full-series intelligent precision processing equipment, including production lines for cold extrusion, hot forging, turning, hobbing, shaving, honing, grinding, and quenching-tempering heat treatment.
